Is anyone else finding it impossible to register their Slingbox ID for remote viewing of the HDS-600RS? Even the customer helpdesk were baffled and are now 'looking in to it' as it seems to be an internal problem.
When my lap top is connected to the same network as the Slingbox it remotely works perfectly. But I cannot register the slingbox on the directory elsewhere (see attached image).
Any help greatly received!
