I have the SAME issue. The message is that my version of firefox is incompatable - I chatted with support and they said they could not do anything about it and sould contact the company. My browser viewer STILL doesn't work.
PLEASE fix this!

Hi, I'm having same issue...Firefox 8 has been updated without any advice !! and now Slingbox doesn't work anymore. WIth Safari there are lot of bugs and from now connection is down... Is there any update planned?
I finally managed to go back in Firefox 6 (http://www.numerama.com/magazine/19558-firefox-6-version-finale-disponible-en-telechargement.html)(French website). And my Slingbox's working now :-)
Hey avro5 (and all) - Firefox 8 hasn't yet been qualified for use with the Watch and Setup features of Slingbox.com. The best resource to check browser compatibility is here:
