    Weak or no video signal




      I have just bought a Slingbox Pro HD here in Denmark. I can't recive some of the channels and and the rest of them are weak. I can almost not see what is on the screen.

      I have a model SB 300-1XX.


      On my TV the screen ist cristal cleer.


      The coxial connection (in) ist very loose, but it was loose already from the Dealer.


      Are there someone who can help me ?


      Or should I sent it back ?

          Hi Mols,


          What I understand from your post, is that you're having problem with the coaxial video signal.


          In this case, I would recommend to make sure that the power supply is connected to the wall outlet directly, not using a power strip.  Besides that, you can hard reset the Slingbox and scan the channels once again.


          If the problem is still the same after that, you cant try to use a different coaxial outlet and cable to discard the current connections as a potential issue.
