    no network, no reset

      Have Slingbox Pro HD. Power light is on. Slingbox logo lights are on. Network light is off. All ports on router are working properly with other devices. Have tried new ethernet cable and different port. Reset button on Slingbox does not seem to do anything. That is, I pushed reset button for different time periods up to a minute, but power light and Slingbox logo lights do not turn off. Have unplugged unit for over a minute to try to reset. Does anyone have a suggestion, or is this a 4-year-old brick?
