I understand that you're having problems using the Slingbox connected to the SlingLinks.
In this case, for you to troubleshoot the SlingLinks check the following links.
Besides that, I would recommend to try a hardwired connection to the actual router and to troubleshoot only, in order to discard the powerline bridge as a potential issue.
Did anyone notice the "Announcement" on the at the top of the Support page?

At least there is communication about an issue. It's not very specific, but at least there's hope for a fix!
