    Video Quality - Streaming

      Could someone help with how to troubleshoot my video quality issue?  In the last 3-4 weeks, I have more and more issues with the quality of the video during the time of using the sling box remotely.  As far as I am aware, no changes have been made with my internet provider and test of the upload and download speeds show superior performance.  I remember being told by one of the slingbox technicians that to have good video quality the streaming bit rate needed to be >250 bps.  During the time that I am having issues, the image freezes frequently, and the quality is distorted.  I can't figure out why there is so much variation in the streaming bit rate.   When I watch other videos from online sites such as cbs.com, etc. I do not see the same distorion - the video quality is excellent and it doesn't freeze.  Can someone help me troubleshoot this?
