I'm having a few issues connecting to my slingbox. My iMac connects but my iPad will not.
Both items are on the same wireless network (the ethernet cable on the iMac is removed)
My iMac connects quickly and works well
My iPad refuses to connect with the standard "SlingPlayer cannot connect to your Slingbox. etc" message.
Any ideas why?
If you are able to connect to the Slingbox using your computer but not your iPad, probably the SNATT feature is active with the port forwarding settings, you need to change this to TCP and the way to do this, is running the Setup at slingbox.com and select the manual configuration for Internet Viewing, even if the automatic setup goes through
