    Slingbox Solo - Brocken?

      Guys I bought a Slingbox Solo three weeks ago and used it whilst I was abroad for about 1 week on my PC.  I then downloaded the Slingbox App and used this for 1 day.  After this point I cannot get my Slingbox to work.  When I try yo log on I get a 'P-31' error code.  I have also noted that the only lights that function on the Slingbox are the power light and the network light on the front of the box.  The latter is dim and does not become brighter even when the network cable is plugged in or is unplugged.  Can you please help me?  I fear my box is brocken.
