      I have sling box solo that I am trying to use with my iPad 2. It worked for the first 2 days and now I get the "check that I have an Internet connection" on both devices! Yet, if I unpack a laptop to connect I don't have a problem viewing. Are there some settings that could affect my iPad? Everything is updated. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

          I understand that although you are able to get the connection on your computer, you are not able to get the connection on your iPad2.


          Most of the times, this issue is related to some adjustments on your router. We recommend you to run the Setup Assistant one more time and make sure to run the Manual Configuration. This way, you will be able to get the connection on your iPad 2. The following link will provide you with the steps to follow.
