I've been travelling for some weeks and in the middle of this time, my solo ceased to function remotely!
On my return I noticed the ethernet light wasn't on, but the power one was.
Rebooted box and router, still no good, also light on router not on indicating a prob with the ethernet connection.
Tried a restart...only the power light comes on, so I can't be getting an internet connection to my router from the solo.
My unit is only 11 mths old, so under warranty.
Do I have to pay initially for tech support?..it was bought through Amazon in Europe.
If so, does someone have a number? The web site (Slingbox) link doesn't work when asked for the numbers.
