I have had a Solo for about 1 3/4 years. It worked fine until this past winter when the software was upgraded, and now it does not connect to the network nor the internet.
I went to the Products section and there is an offer for a $50 rebate for a new Sling product.
However, when I input my serial number it indicates it is not valid.
Has anyone had this problem and/or had a resolution.
I find it totally unfair, and probably unethical, to upgrade the software and make the firmware inoperable.
Thanks for any advice.
