    Losing signal on Pro HD Error code W211


      We have had a  Slingbox Pro-HD located in mid-west USA for a little over a year now.  We use it to watch romotely in Asia.  Up until mid-June it all worked great.  Went back to the States for the summer and didn't use the slingbox at all.  Now that we are back in China and trying to watch remotely we cannot watch for longer than 20-30 seconds at a time before losing the connection (even though we are streaming at between 1200 - 1600 kbps) and getting a message that says, "There was an error connecting to your slingbox.  Please try again.  Do you want to retry?  [Code:  W211]".  We have reset the slingbox in the States and uninstalled and reinstalled the slingplayer software.  The thing works perfectly in the States.  Still have the same problem here in Asia.  Anybody else having this issue?  Anybody know how to fix it? We are very frustrated.
