    Slingbox SOLO: Blinking power LED (even after new AC adapter)




      I purchased a Slingbox Solo about 8 months ago, and it has worked fine until earlier this month, when the power LED just would blink when the unit was plugged in.


      A little research suggested this was due to a faulty AC adapter, so I purchased a brand new one from Sling -- but it has the exact same issue!  (Power LED is still just blinking).


      The RESET button has no effect on anything, either.


      Is this likely a hardware problem?  The unit has been kept in a climate-controlled area (in a bedroom), and has never been abused (dropped, etc) - and it has plenty of ventilation around the unit, etc.


      Is there a way to contact tech support via email?
