    New Slingbox Solo Installation Problem


      I just connected a new Slingbox Solo to my network and the software said it detected it.  Then it said the software on the Slingbox needed to be updated so it began doing so, by first erasing the existing software and then installing new software.  But prior to completing this procedure I received an error essentially saying it couldn't complete the upgrade.  Now when I try to connect to the Slingbox from my computer it won't connect.  I also downloaded the Slingbox mobile for my iPhone.  After entering all the required information and attempting to "Add" the Slingbox it says "Failed to add Slingbox".


      Does anyone have any suggestions?
