    Slingbox won't connect [Code: W202]


      My slingbox keeps giving me this message:


      Your Slingbox has been disconnected because of a poor Internet connection. Try connecting again. Do you want to retry? [Code:W202]


      I have had my PRO-HD since August of last year and it worked fine up until the middle of June.  I went on vacation for two weeks and when I got back I started getting this message.  I called customer service and they flat out refused to talk to me about the issue over the phone.  They insisted that they would only talk to my parents because they live in the house with the slingbox.  Well it has now been SIX WEEKS without my slingbox and I'm beyond livid.  I've tried every reset tactic possible.  Football season and fall shows are right around the corner and I'm still without a working slingbox.  Has anyone had a simiilar issue with this and a fix that works?
