It's necessary to determine the caused of this issue about the video quality. Have you tested the Internet speed at the Slingbox? Try this link and click on "Begin Test" http://speedtest.net
I also encourage you to power cycle the network; just disconnect the modem, the router and the Slingbox from the power outlet and wait a few minutes. Then, connect first the modem, wait to get solid lights, connect the router and finally the Slingbox to power again

Did the reset to factory settings work? This just happened to me too. Over a year without any issues, and now no video. I can control my cable box etc, but no video. Most of the time the slingbox kicks me off with the following error:
- Error: 0x92340011
- Context: 46
SlingPlayer is unable to render the video stream.
The operation has failed.
Is the box dead or can it be restored?
I have not been able to revive my Slingbox. I tried all the suggestions, but none of them worked. Something must have happened to the video chip. I debated if I should send it in to be refurbished, but decided to just replace it with a new one. So far so good with the new box. Have had it a couple of weeks.
