I do not actually have a physical slingbox. I set everything up online. Now my account it finally activated, but keep getting the error "cannot locate slingbox on network". The only help I can find is to check and see if the lights are on...but that is not possible if the slingbox doesn't actually reside in my home?! I don't know what to do. I have checked the firewalls and thats good. I have reset everything and reinstalled everything. I'm at a loss and am paying A LOT of money to not have access to this!!!
