Had a power failure today, not sure if this has anything to do with this...but....I have re-booted; restarted router and Slingbox-HD; changed RJ45 cables and now (by holding down the reset button over 10 seconds) reset the box. Nothing. Can't get the network light to come on. Yes, it flashes on re-start, but as it does not light solid, I can't see it on the network and therefore can't trouble shoot it or get help from the wizard.
(My sling has worked flawlessly for years...this is not a "new" config.)
Please help if you can.
Since you had a power outage at the Slingbox location, probably that caused this network issue on the unit. If the Reset is not taking effect, I recommend to test another power supply, that could fix this issue. You can get a new power supply in the Sling Media Store.
