Thank you for your response, but after not getting any help on the slingbox.com website, I joined the SB facebook group and someone was able to help me there. It was a very simple solution, and not sure why the website itself was not able to help. All that needed to be done was for me to pull up my remote and press the on/off button.... and it worked! Only took 4 days for me to get my problem solved from the average Joe
