Remember that the Sling Account is free, so if you are not going to use it, it doesn't matter if you have created it. But if you want to deactivate it, it will be necessary to Contact Technical Support.
I own 3 Slingbox's. Two are older models and the only one I use is the Slingbox 500 now. I just sold one of the older Slingbox HD. I told the buyer how to use
the Reset button and to then register the older unit to him. I told him I would attempt to eliminate my old account with this particular Slingbox HD but I don't
see an option to do so. What's worse, if I contact Slingbox they want to charge $29.99 just to ask a simple question?? Is there another way here or by what I told
the Buyer will work without me attempting anything further? Please, advise? Thank you.
