I am so frustrated. I have called several times to Sling Support, but I've been told I have to buy a SERVICE CONTRACT in order for them to solve this problem... Please let me know how this could be ANYTHING to do with me?
When I log into Slingbox on line (PRO HD), I log into my account without issue. I can see my Slingbox, can adjust my settings, etc.
When I then click "WATCH", I'm routed to OTHERS' Slingbox accounts, and I have access to their slingbox. I can even OVERRIDE them when they are watching TV as if I was the administrator. So far, I've been redirected to three other accounts. (I have emailed them directly to let them know this happened.)
WHO ELSE IS HAVING THIS ISSUE?
If I'm able to do this, who else has access to our information? This is not an issue that requires a SLING SERVICE CONTRACT. This is a Slingbox Corp security issue.
Please help me escalate this issue.
