I have an SB 200–100 sling box. The sling box is not working and I have read through approximately 40 troubleshooting guides and cannot find any reference to the condition I have. I have tested the power supply with a voltmeter and it is putting out the correct voltage. I also hooked a load to the power supply to confirm that it is producing sufficient current. So I believe the power supply is working correctly. The power light is on, the network light is off, and the logo light is off, and the sling box cannot be seen on the network or accessed through the setup assistant. I have attempted to reset the unit but nothing changed. I have also directly connected an ethernet cable from the sling box to my laptop and it is also not accessible or seen. Can you please tell me how to troubleshoot this unit?
