I'm afraid Sling have changed the rules but haven't bothered to update the various messages. Very unprofessional, but as they are now winding down I guess no-one is bothered any more. http://setup.slingbox.com was shut down a few weeks ago, To configure a Pro HD you need to download and install the new Desktop Player (See Products > Slingplayer Apps at the top of the page) Open the Player, go to the Slingbox Directory and your box should appear with a Reconfigure button next to it.

Since two days ago for tablet and smartphone Android App has stopped working.

But this web address says that it does not already support. I directed to another website which refers to the app that I have already installed...
