    slingbox keeps losing connection (netwrok error)

      In the past few days we have completely lost connection with the slingbox (back in the UK), a "network error" message being received. I keep getting my son to reset it...which he does and it works fine for a day and then we lose the connection again, same problem.

       

      Looking through the forums on here there is a clear indication all is not well with either the slingbox firmware or with customer support, which is totally unacceptable.

       

      Until this episode my slingbox had been working fine for teh last year with only the occasional hiccup.
