It seems that you are having some issues with your Slingbox PRO HD since you get the W211 error message.

Thanks for the reply, before I start the process of resetting the box etc. What is confusing me is on the same connection whilst on my travels I can access the slingbox using my pc but not the sling catcher.
It seems that it takes quite a long time to access the slingbox and if I try and use the slingcatcher to connect to it then it times out, where as the pc although takes a long time doesn't time out and give me a network error.
