    Power and network lights are on but i still can't connect


      Hi, can anyone assist with this issue. The slingbox pro has been working fine but I went away for a month, didn't use it and when i then tried to connect to it i receive an error saying that i cannot connect to the slingbox. The power and network lights are on though? I've re-set both the router and the slingbox but still doesn't work?
