I am unable to access my SlingBox Solo from Afghanistan. The error message is "Your Slingbox can't be located." I had my wife completely unplug power and ethernet cable from the router and reconnect everything. No joy! Additionally, I am receiving a request to provide a "System Administrator Password." I do not know what is the "System Administrator Password". I am not sure what is happening but I need assistance as I am deployed in Afghanistan.
