Hello. My internet provider recently determined that I needed to change my IP address and now the Slingbox connection won't connect to the remote site (viewed in China). I have reset wireless, DSL modem, Slingbox, and rerun the setup wizard twice. It still won't re-connect. Note that it does come up on my local computer. Even tho the person in China watches the sling thru ID Finder & not the IP address, do I still need to change the IP address in the "Configuration"? And is that what is causing the problem? Thanks for any help.
