It seems that you are having some issues with your Slingbox ever since you changed your ISP.
If the Slingbox gets no blinking light, it means that it has not picked the IP address provided by the router. In this case, we recommend you verify if the Slingbox is properly connected. Then, reset the Slingbox. Once the Slingbox gets solid lights, you should be able to run the Setup Assistant for Internet Viewing.
