    Warranty claim in UK - power light flashing




      I've had my Slingbox SOLO for under 2 years and the power light has started to flash/blink constantly (the network light is off) and the unit is no longer accessible at all.  I've tried powering it on and off and holding the reset button, but nothing has made any difference.


      Looking at the forums, the general consensus is that this is either a dead box or a dead power supply.


      How do I get this fixed under warranty in the UK?  The website is pretty unhelpful in this regard.
