The warranty states two years in the U.K, so someone should be able to assist you
You might be waiting for a while for someone from sling to respond on the forum, so I'd recommend the direct approach.
Since you are having some issues with your Slingbox network connectivity, I recommend you to check this link in order to apply the necessary troubleshooting steps in order to fix this issue.
If the issue persists, make sure to use the information provided by callanish in the previous post in order to contact your local technical support department.

Had the Slingbox Solo for under 2 years and it worked great, all over the world.
Now, nothing but a Flashing power light .
I rang the number listed so kindly and got a recording saying we cannot take your call..
Left my number but have NOT been called back.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
