I have read your post and it sounds to me like the device you are using is either not updated or the firewall and/or antivirus/anti spyware or even a pop-up blocker is causing streaming issues. One way to make sure if you are working with an updated device, is to check your settings for any new Windows OS updates. Windows recently updated their OS, so in making sure you have the accurate update will indeed help the situation. I will send you some links for further information about the suggestions provided.

Hi all, I have used slingbox for many years, but recently when I select a slingbox from the 2 in my directory using browser or desktop version, I have no sound or picture
web version says streaming in slingplayer but does nothing else
desktop version says streaming slingbox but does nothing else
Note. Both slingboxs are working as they can be accessed using a different laptop
Any clues greatly appreciated
