For the past 3 years my son, who resides in Israel, has had virtually no issues accessing my Slingbox 350 at my home in the States until about 3 weeks ago. He gets a message that he is not connected to the Slingbox. I contacted Slingbox Support last week, but they were no help. I have no problem connecting to my home unit while in the States.
At first I thought it was a limited bandwidth issue with his service provider, but that has never been an issue before.
