My slingbox solo works on my ipad and computer but suddenly not on my Samsung Jack mobile device so i know its not my slingbox. My mobile just had a software update so it seems that may have caused it? Do I need to update my slinglayer software on my computer or is it something on my mobile? Thanks
We recommend you to run the Setup Assistant for Internet Viewing and make sure to run the Manual Setup, adjusting the router settings. If the message also appears on your computer, you must update the SlingPlayer software version on your computer.
