I am calling Sling in Amsterdam everyday to report my Pro HD video freezing after four hours use. It freezes for five seconds and then plays for one second, freezing for five, playing for one and so on. Audio is fine. They do something to the packet size at their end, change the packet size and then the Sling works OK for another four hours until I have to call them again to reset it. What's going on? This is crazy. I've asked Sling to give me access to the packet size setting, but they're very possesive about it saying it's at their end. Anyone know how to do it? Thanks.
