I get this problem quite frequently too. It didnt happen until the latest revision came out 2.1 I believe. Sometimes the only way I have been able to fix this is to go to my main computer and open up slingbox and connect. Sometimes just "Waking Up" the system seems to fix the issue. Once you have successfully connected then disconnect and try your iphone. That seems to help. I hope the new release fixes this bug and will add video output on the iphone via "Airplay".
