Note: If you have a Slingbox PRO, Slingbox AV, Slingbox TUNER, or Slingbox Classic, you must upgrade your Slingbox to use SlingPlayer Mobile for iPad.


Another note: Make sure that you have done the following before trying out SlingPlayer Mobile for iPad.

  • Verify that the Slingbox Software on your Slingbox PRO-HD or Slingbox SOLO is up to date. You can do this by visiting and connecting to your Slingbox. If your Slingbox Software is out of date, we will let you know there.
  • Your iPad needs to be updated to the latest version of iOS. SlingPlayer Mobile for iPad requires iOS 4.2 or later. If you have any earlier version installed, you won't be able to find SlingPlayer Mobile for iPad in the App store.
